Miami’s Ten Museum Park opens with 90% of apartments sold despite economic bust
A 50-storey residential tower designed by Chad Oppenheim of Oppenheim Architecture + Design has just opened with a 90% fulfillment of condominium sales despite Miami’s worst condominium bust since 1975.
Ten Museum Park is located in downtown Miami with views of the city skyline and Biscayne Bay. Oppenheim believe that it is the “innovative design, unique amenities and great location (that) make Ten Museum Park an anomaly”.
The tower comprises of 200 apartments set with aromatic landscaping which Oppenheim claim creates a “euphoria of heightened pleasures”. It also holds Clinique’s first La Prairie Wellness Centre in the United States.
